Current regulatory framework
We will provide a general description of the regulations applicable to electronic invoicing, both those in force and those currently being implemented.
Anti-Fraud Law & Crea y Crece Law
We will fully develop the features of the Anti-Fraud Law 11/2021 and, as far as electronic invoicing is concerned, the Crea y Crece Law 18/2022.
Roadmap and solutions
We will design a proposed roadmap to follow for compliance with the regulations through various agile, efficient, and adaptable technological solutions.
