SIXPHERE TECHNOLOGIES S.L. complies with the processing of personal data of its customers in accordance with current legislation in Spain and the European Union. SIXPHERE TECHNOLOGIES S.L. offers services to third parties in the fields of management and development of custom software projects, as well as the design and development of innovative proprietary software products.
2. What is the purpose of processing your data and what is the legal basis for it?
The processing of your data aims to achieve the following purposes:
- Purpose 1: Provision of services to third parties for custom software development and innovation projects.
- Purpose 2: Sending information about our services.

6. How long do we retain your data?
Personal data will be retained as long as the contractual relationship with the client is maintained. Once the contractual relationship ends, the data will be deleted in accordance with the provisions of data protection regulations.
If you wish to join our team and apply for one of our job openings, the data provided will become part of our recruitment pool and will be retained for the duration of the selection process, for a maximum of three years, or until you exercise your right to deletion.
If at any point we have collected your data to approach you as a potential user of our services or to respond to an information request made by you, such data will be retained for a maximum of three years from its collection. After this period, the data will be deleted if no contractual relationship has been formalized or upon your request.
7. What are your rights?
Our data protection regulations grant you a series of rights in relation to the processing of your data, which can be summarized as follows:
- Right of access: to know what type of data we are processing and the details of the processing we are carrying out.
- Right to rectification: the right to request the modification of your data if it is inaccurate or false.
